Our Staff

Our staff consists of professionally trained individuals who have been hired for their level of education and experience in the field of early care and education. The Caring Center has an established reputation for retaining staff members; over 50% of our staff has been consistently employed at the center for over 5 years. The Center pays competitive salaries and offers a comprehensive benefit package. Center administrators promote ongoing formal and informal education.

All Head Teachers are required to participate in a minimum of 32 hours of professional development per year; all other teaching staff attends at least 24 hours of training and development annually. Teaching staff members areFirst Aid and CPR certified. All staff submit

  • Child Clearances
  • Criminal Clearances
  • FBI Clearances

Also, all staff members participate in TB testing and bi-annual health assessments. Additionally, all employees are trained in Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness.

The Caring Center enjoys partnerships with local colleges and universities. These external relationships provide an avenue for seasoned staff to coach/mentor and supervise students who are preparing to be future early childhood educators.
