About The Caring Center Board of Directors

The Caring Center was formed as a not for profit organization in 1990 by parents and staff committed to continuing the tradition of quality child care established at The ISI Caring Center for Children and Parents over its nine year history. The high quality of The Caring Center’s programs is overseen by a Board of directors, consisting of parents, staff members and members of the community. The Board of directors is elected by current members of The Caring Center. There is a President, Vice president, Treasurer and Secretary of the corporation appointed by the Board. The Board of directors provides support to the Executive director.
