The Caring Center, one of Philadelphia's top Early Childhood Education Centers, is now hiring qualified & experienced Early Childhood Education professionals who first & foremost absolutely love working with little people but who will also assist us in continuing to provide exemplary early childhood education and promote family and community development. With over 20 years of existence, The Caring Center is nationally accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is a Keystone STAR 4 facility.

All teaching staff are responsible for contributing to a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Candidates must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional & physical development in order to ensure a safe & stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Candidates must also be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants and interact with parents as partners.

Depending on position, at minimum all candidates must have two or more years experience working with children along with at least a CDA, a degree in Early Childhood Education or a minimum of 30 ECE credit hours while working towards an ECE degree. Additionally, to be considered for any position here, candidates must pass all required background checks and a health screening.
