HEAD START PROGRAM (3 – 5 years old): When space permits, the center will enroll a limited number of children (up to five) in a Head Start Supplemental Program in partnership with The School District of Philadelphia.  The children enrolled in these slots receive all Head Start services in addition to The Caring Center Program for Pre-Kindergarten children.
